By accessing and using this website (www.lupaheats.com), you agree to the present Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our site and the purchase of products through our online store. We recommend that you carefully read this document before placing any order.

All products displayed on the Lupa Heats website are subject to stock availability. Lupa Heats reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any product without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly match the final product.  

5. Prices and Payments

The prices displayed include VAT at the current legal rate, unless stated otherwise. Lupa Heats reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment methods available are displayed at the checkout and include, among others, credit cards, debit cards and MB Way or Multibanco references.  

6. Shipping and Delivery  

Lupa Heats ships to mainland Portugal, the islands and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability and are indicated at the time of purchase, whenever possible. We will make every effort to meet the indicated deadlines but we are not responsible for delays, caused by external factors such as customs procedures, couriers or unforeseen conditions. Any customs duties or additional charges applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.  

7. Return Policy

In accordance with applicable legislation the customer may request the return of a product, as long as it is in perfect condition without signs of use and with the original packaging intact. Refunds will be processed after the reception and inspections of the product according to the established criteria. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.  

8. Warranty

All products sold by Lupa Heats are covered by a legal warranty in accordance with current legislation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation or negligence.

All content on this website, including logos, images, texts, graphics and design is the property of Lupa Heats and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, in whole or in part without prior authorization is prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the Consumer Dispute Arbitration Center of their area of residence or to the Electronic Complaints Book.
